Digital Marketing Manager (m/w)

Pensum: 100% / Ref.: 2105

 

Your responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of segment specific customer journeys and digital campaign plans based on brand objectives and campaign goals
  • Ensure the flawless setting-up, execution and performance-controlling of customer activation strategies alongside value propositions, growth hypothesis, specifically set-up campaigns and KPI’s
  • Leverage emerging platforms to identify and engage with known and new audiences
  • Facilitate internal resources with validated consumer insights in order to shape and strengthen integrated service design, brand activation and sales tactics globally
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for specific customer segments
  • Lead generation: from brand awareness to acquisition, trigger setting (CTA), conversion funnel management, lead capturing and nurturing for e-commerce and sales rep
  • Campaign development and performance reporting
  • Touch point management

 

Your profile:

  • University degree with a major in marketing or similar
  • At least 5 years experience in direct marketing and marketing automation with demonstrated success defining a vision for and building multi-channel marketing capabilities for preferably consumer brands
  • Profound expertise in defining and executing inbound marketing tactics and in creating, publishing and distributing target audience specific content
  • Highly experienced with developing goals to drive business growth, acquisition, user engagement, churn reductions and brand awareness
  • Highly qualified in analyzing digital customer and competitor data sets and drawing insightful conclusions for future strategies from the data
  • Strong analytical capacity, inquisitive, data driven, works hypothesis driven to set up campaigns and experiments (A/B testing)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset to support external and internal stakeholders
