Head Brand Experience & Communications (m/w)

Pensum: 100% / Ref.: 2107

 

Your responsibility:

  • You will own the translation of business objectives into brand experience hypothesis, strategies, concepts and projects. You develop briefs and deliver effective brand experience solutions across all channels
  • Lead strategic projects that help rethink and reimagine the way we communicate and engage with customers, affiliates and channel partners as well as potential customers
  • As a member of our team you will work closely and productively with the key people and team leaders of our organization and you lead a small team of marketing specialists
  • Review of brand experience projects at all stages of the strategic development, the design and studio review process, from copy development to layout to mechanical to final proof, testing, and staging
  • Use customer and consumer insights to guide marketing campaigns and inspire high quality creative productions

 

Your profile:

  • University degree with a major in marketing / communication or similar
  • You have at least 5-7 years of strategic brand planning experience at a creative consultancy or creatively-driven internal marketing team
  • You will bring a deep understanding of, and extensive experience in, marketing strategy, multi-level-distribution, experience design, design and brand communications
  • You have profound expertise in outbound, inbound, and content marketing
  • You have a deep expertise in partnering with, and building productive relationships with creative people who span many fields as ux/ui design, product design, service design, advertising, video, interactive, print, retail, graphic design
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate about engaging storytelling to inspire customers, sales and distributors
  • Strong presentations and copywriting skills to create compelling marketing toolkits and guidelines
  • Strong project management skills in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Strategic orientation, growth mindset, social skills, enthusiastic capacity
  • Strong customer focus and service mindset to support external and internal stakeholders
